The second chakra is located in the gender area. It is responsible for passion, sensuality, sexuality, and creativity. A healthy 2nd chakra allows one to enjoy the many of the good things in life. It allows one to live life with abandon, and to pursue happiness. The 2nd chakra is also where guilt, shame, and the need to control are stored. When the 2nd chakra is unhealthy, one is unable to enjoy life to the fullest. Gender issues are effected, and limited. The ability to express one's sexuality, can be inhibited. Creativity is blocked or limited, the ability to enjoy life is inhibited with guilt and shame. Meditating and clearing negative energies, and blockages, can be helpful in allowing one to enjoy life with abandon, no limits, no restrictions.
