The Third Chakra

The third chakra connects the upper chakras with the lower chakras.

It allows energy to flow up and down between these chakras. The third chakra can represent the God Center, connection with the entire universe. It can be the center where self love, peace, safety, and wisdom are found. Blockages of the third chakra can manifest physically as digestion issues, lack of flow, stagnation, build up of toxins in the body, and can lead to poor health.
